Minute Steaks (Black Angus)

Minute steaks are thinly cut and pounded pieces of beef, usually cut from the sirloin or round steak. Being so thin, they cook quite quickly, and thus their name. Tenderized Minute Steaks are a very versatile cut, but are probably most well known (and loved) when turned into a delicious, homemade Country Fried Steak.
